What We Do?

We prepare our fresh baked goods each week that include: breads, rolls, pizza crusts, muffins, cookies, pies, and cakes and sell them at the Boyce Farmer's Market in Fredericton, New Brunswick each Saturday morning from 7am-1pm. We are also the local distributor for Cream Hill Estate Rolled Oats and Oat Flour.

Who We Are?

We are Bob and Mary Tingley, a couple living well with Celiac Disease and who enjoy the challenge of baking delicious fresh baked goods for folks who are Celiac or Wheat Intolerant.
